|Recommended: YesI have lived here for almost 4 years, and it has been a great experience. Brandy and Leigh, in the leasing office, are wonderful. They have always been warm and welcoming and quickly responsive to any concerns. They truly care about the residents and don't make you feel like just a number. They also organize resident perks like movie nights, a coffee truck in the front parking lot, and more. The maintenance staff have always very quickly taken care of any maintenance request. They live on site and truly take pride in their community.
I love that the complex is small-ish, which makes it feel super cozy. The grounds are always well-maintained. There's also attention to detail in the landscaping such as when there were different plants added to areas without much ground cover because grass wasn't filling in and then river rocks added to the areas where the plants didn't flourish.

|Recommended: YesMixed Feelings — I have mixed feelings, I love our apartment, it’s beautiful inside and out, but when moved in the whole place was VERY ran down not taken care of. Dripping sinks, black mold, toilets and bathtubs constantly clogged. Our air vents have a terrible smell that comes out of it almost every night, just one thing after another things just kept breaking down. I think they’re remolding though, pulling out all the carpets and replacing with all wood flooring I heard.
The good side of it, the apartments feel like a mini home in the woods, very sunny, lots of birds, trees, grass love it all Pet friendly, nice dog park Management has always been really cool and reasonable and quick to answer any questions.

I love the strong sense of community, the safe environment, and enjoy all the great amenities. This apartment community is conveniently located, welcoming and friendly....this is why I call it home.

The property staff of Leigh and Mandy couldn’t be more professional, friendly, and helpful with any questions and requests. The amazing maintenance team of Andrew and Jesse are friendly and knowledgeable and prompt with my requests. It’s comforting to know that they are always available.
