|Recommended: YesClose To Restaurants Grocery Stores — Moved here from another big city and COULD NOT believe how quiet and relaxed this place is Definitely a laid back apt community with all the extras I especially love the concierge trash pick up since we’re on the 2nd floor Easy access to restaurants, FedEx, H‑E‑B , Walmart, Target and haircuts for any age group along with medical needs. Everything you could possibly need is within 30 minutes, literally You can find so many places to eat within 5-10 minutes, How awesome is that Definitely refer anyone
|Recommended: YesOverall A Good Place To Live — The community is great. Everyone is considerate and nice. The noise insulation between floors is non existent it seems. If you are on the ground floor, hopefully your neighbor upstairs go to bed early else you hear them walking around

are amazing at their jobs and at fixing concerns. Although my need was trivial, except to me, they had it resolved in under two hours. They are both friendly, knowledgeable, and caring people who are deserving of recognition for going above and beyond expectations. I have found this to be true throughout my several years of living here. Belterra Springs Apartments is blessed to have them.
